Neema Majidi - Co Head Trainer
Meet our Co Head Trainer Neema Majidi. Neema has been around basketball since the age of six years old and has always loved basketball. He played all 4 years of High school basketball at Earl of March Secondary School and was named team captain in his senior year. He played for Various basketball clubs around the city which include, Kanata Cavaliers, Gloucester Wolverines and Ottawa Next Level. After high school he pursued his Referee career and moved up the ranks very quickly. At just the age of 17, he started Officiating High school basketball and continued to grow as an official. He has traveled across Canada for officiating and continues to referee for OVBABO. He has also Coached Summer Teams at the Boys and Girls club and trains young and older athletes. In 2019 Neema took the Varsity Head Coaching job at St Joseph High School and battled the Ottawa competition. As a Coach Neema has sent his players to Various Prep Schools, Cégep, OCAA and USports. His Knowledge as a Player, Coach and Referee is something we love to have.
