We aim to identify weaknesses and develop strategies to improve on each athletes game. The workouts will include Ball Handling, shooting, attacking the basket, footwork, conditioning and Basketball IQ
Each session is 1 hour in length and it is designed to each specific athlete to meet their needs to improve performance. A diet plan is given to the athlete to follow during the weeks of training they will be encountering, as well as personal workouts that can be done at home to maximize their strength and conditioning.
A final report will be given to the player to track their progress and improvemnts
